Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return slip provided during the online request process.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
